		<description>If you do not use onions in your cooking you are not tasting the full robust flavor of delicious tasting food. I used it all the time in a lot of my meals. In the morning with my eggs, or at night I  add it to my beans and chicken recipes. Onions and Garlic are a staple in my home.</description>
