This is a Guest Post by Jack at How To Lose Weight Healthy.
When people start trying to lose weight they often look for the “best” or “quickest” method. The reality is that there is no magic pill for losing weight – it’s the result of a healthier diet and increased exercise over a period of time. With that said, there are some things you can do to make the process of losing weight sustainably much easier.

The Best Method To Lose Weight
There is no such thing as the best method to lose weight because it depends on the individual. For example, if you’re generally a healthy and fit person who wants to lose a few extra pounds then weight loss will focus on slightly increasing your exercise programme while cutting out some unneeded calories. On the other hand, if you haven’t done any exercise for a long time then you need to start slowly and build up to a full exercise program.
One of the best methods to lose weight is to realize that no one is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes while they’re trying to lose weight – whether that’s by eating an unhealthy snack or by skipping an exercise session. The problem is that many people get depressed when they make a mistake and give up hope. This makes it very difficult to sustain an exercise program for a long period of time.
The most effective way to lose weight is to follow a plan for a reasonably long period of time. If your previous attempts at losing weight have failed after a couple of weeks then you aren’t giving yourself enough time to see results. Losing weight becomes much easier if you accept that it’s going to take some time.
Probably the best tip for losing weight is that it needs to be something you enjoy. You can make it more enjoyable in many ways. For example you could keep a diary of everything you’re eating to track your progress, take up sports that you enjoy playing or ask a friend to try and lose weight with you. If you’re going to be sticking to your plan for a long period of time it needs to be enjoyable.
Before you even start trying to lose weight you need to believe in yourself. Believe that you can and will lose weight and you’ll find the whole process much easier. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a keen sportsperson or someone who hasn’t exercised in years – weight loss is possible!
This was a guest post by Jack Straw. Jack strongly believes that weight loss should be done by natural methods without the use of drugs or other chemicals. In his blog you can find a lot of information on how to lose weight in a safe and healthy way.

I agree, weight loss is very personal, you have to believe you want to lose weight and be willing to take action and know there are no magic pills or magic ways of shedding the pounds. You also much love and see the perfection in your imperfection.
