  2. Thanks for the good post! You pretty much confirmed what I had found in my searching, though you did a more thorough job. I find the idea of “transitional” bread kind of silly…but then again, I grew up eating whole wheat and so white has never been that appealing. I hope the market demand picks up soon as white bread (especially for kids) is such a bad choice. I’m glad you found the scoop on your own bread though…those marketers don’t make it easy on us!
