  2. These are really great tips. With seven children, I am like your wife, in that I’m always concerned about their diet.

    Fortunately, mine like black beans and rice, minestrone soups, and chili. But they can’t have that all the time! So I use some of your tips to incorporate more fiber into their diets.

    Good suggestion on doing it slowly though. One time I didn’t, and the results weren’t pretty!
