		<description>Do you have a suggestion as to brand of whitewheat bread? I tried the White Bread Fans but they don&#039;t seem to be making it anymore and all the other breads (like Sarah Lee) are more white than wheat. I&#039;d like to find a regular source for this as a healthy bread for me and the kids.</description>

		<description>Great article! I agree with you that for most people it&#039;s pretty difficult to consume enough fiber without including grains in their diet.

I do have bread regularly in my diet too, I just make sure I&#039;m not eating too much, and that I get plenty of variety wherever possible.</description>
