This has been a busy week, with visitors coming in town. That’s always disruptive to my workout schedule, so I’m trying something relatively new for me. I’ve been going to the gym before work. Once to run and twice for weights. I’m not usually very good about that, but its seemed to work out fairly well this week. If I can find the motivation to make this a part of my workout routine, it would allow me to get into a more varied exercise routine. I slipped in two bike rides on my lunch break as well.
In other news, I played my first tennis of the season this week. One of our visitors is a great friend and likes to play tennis. He had come to visit from the frigid north where it was still snowing. Weather here was sunny and high 60′s. Whereas most of our brethren hit the golf course, we go play tennis. It’s been rainy, but we got a break in the clouds on Thursday evening and we squeegeed off a court and hit the ball around for 90-minutes. A great end to a long day.
