I find I have to go cold turkey on certain foods otherwise I eat them until I don&#039;t have anymore in the house.I&#039;m getting better at controlling that but there is no way I could limit myself to 1/2 a cup of ice cream eh.  That&#039;s a bit worrying considering I&#039;ve been eating healthy for over a year now.
