  1. Seems like a very good diet to me (keeping in mind I am no expert). I know for me I need to have more protein for breakfast otherwise I am hungry all day.

  2. I’ve only recently started to conciously add more fiber to my diet as well so this is a welcome reminder that I need to try and do even more.

    I like how your diet incorporates the foods you like but I don’t think that would work for me. I find I have to go cold turkey on certain foods otherwise I eat them until I don’t have anymore in the house.

    I’m getting better at controlling that but there is no way I could limit myself to 1/2 a cup of ice cream eh. That’s a bit worrying considering I’ve been eating healthy for over a year now. Oh well.
