		<description>I love running in cold, it is my favorite time of the year.  I will go on 8 mile runs in near zero weather, and usually I have nothing more on than a pair of running shorts and gloves.  I have ran a 4 mile workout in -30 wind chill and my friend who was bundled up had a harder time than I did.
I also like stopping in the middle of some runs to make snow angels on the ground :P</description>
