Weight loss, Fitness, and Healthy Living

This is the kick-off post for my blog.  This blog is being created to share both my past and current experiences with attempting to lose weight, improve my level of fitness, and generally live a healthier life.  I plan to add a great deal of content to help explain what I’ve tried, what has worked for me, and what hasn’t.  I also think having this blog will help keep me focused on this goal.  And just maybe, along the way, someone reading this will find something helpful as well.  Enjoy!
